DESCRIPTION

The vacuum emulsifier introduces foreign advanced technology and is professionally designed according to the creaming process of cosmetics, food, and ointment products. Work platform and other parts. This unit is stable in performance, good in homogenization performance, high in production effect, easy to clean and operate, reasonable in structure, small in area, and high in automation.

Features:

1. The material of contacted part is SUS316L stainless steel, inside and outside of the equipment are with mirror

polishing and GMP standard.

2. All pipelines and parameter are controlled automaticlly. and the electric appliances which are from world -famous brands ,like Siemens,Schneider or ABB and so on.

4.Emulsifying tank adopts three-lever stirring system , and during the emulsification ,the whole processing is under a vacuum environment, so it not only can eliminate foam, which created in the emulsification processing ,but also can avoid the unnecessary pollution.
